Our staff can carry out comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments using the PAS79 system. We can review existing FRA's or carry out new comprehensive assessments taking the burdon away from you.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order was brought in during 2006 and covers none domestic premises in England and Wales.
As the responsible person you must:
Carry out (or employ a "competent person" to conduct on your behalf) a fire risk assessment of the premises and review it regularly
Tell staff or their representatives about the risks you’ve identified
Put in place, and maintain, appropriate fire safety measures
Plan for an emergency
Provide staff information, fire safety instruction and training

Our business safety advisors have conducted in depth Fire Risk Assessments for some of the UK's largest manufactuaring facilities and bring a wealth of experience. Trained to IOSH or NEBOSH levels, our assessors are experienced in Risk Assessments utilising the PAS79 format.
Based in Wirral Merseyside but with officers available across the country, we are able to bring our Fire Warden training course to your site. Our training course utilises material from the Fire Protection Association (of which we are proud members) which is based at the Fire Service College and has been developed by the industries leading specialists.
Our qualified and competent staff are available for hire as fire watchers or fire wardens during hot fire works or periods when your fire management systems are under repair. Able to respond as first attack firefighters or to assist with evacuations, our staff are avaialbe on short or long term hire periods.
Our landlord services utilise Gas Safe registered staff and we are able to conduct inspections, testing and installtions in both domestic and none domestic premises.
We are able to conduct PAT portable appliance testing services in your commercial premises to ensure electrical safety.

Are You The Responsible Person?
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order defines the "Responsible Person" as:-
You're responsible for fire safety in business or other non-domestic premises if you're:
an employer
the owner
the landlord
an occupier
anyone else with control of the premises, eg a facilities manager, building manager, managing agent or risk assessor
You're known as the "responsible person". If there's more than one responsible person, you have to work together to meet your responsibilities.
The Fire Safety Order also applies if you have paying guests, eg if you run a bed and breakfast, guesthouse or let a self-catering property.
